Right now I hate my ISP. I lost my internet connection on Wednesday night. I called the 24-hour hotline and all I got were the usual I’m so sorry for the inconvenience and We are currently working on restoring the connection spiels. They could not or would not state the real reason behind the disconnection. What gets me is the wait. They can’t fix it in 48 hours and they don’t even bother to inform the subscribers to expect downtime. What kind of customer service is that?

Right now I am at the parents’ house. My brother’s ISP is the competitor to mine so of course, he has internet connection. Instead of being green with envy, I just asked to use his PC for a few hours. When I go home, though, it’ll be the same thing. I’ll still miss watching the last few episodes of Hell’s Kitchen. It’s a good thing my bro gave me the DVD to the full Samurai Jack series. I’ll still be a happy little camper this weekend until the day my internet connection would be back.
